Cut from the premium pork middle, our Eurostyle Porchetta Roll combines the tenderness of the loin with the rich, juicy layers of belly for the ultimate roast. Expertly rolled and tied by our butchers, it cooks evenly and delivers both succulent meat and unbeatable crispy crackling.

We suggest 200-400g of raw meat per person. Expect 25-35% weight loss during the cooking process.

Our in-house blend is made up of Salt, pepper, paprika, onion, garlic and a little mustard powder. We suggest a light salt and oil on the outside prior to cooking.
