Cut from fresh female WA pork, our Eurostyle Pork Belly Roast delivers rich, layered meat with serious crackling. Traditionally pin-boned, our belly keeps the rib meat on for extra flavour.

Dry the skin well, scoring it if required, then roast at a high heat until it crackles. Reduce the heat, cook through, and rest before serving.

We suggest 150-250g of raw meat per person. Expect 25-35% weight loss during the cooking process.
