Beef Blade Roast

South-West pasture-raised beef built for slow cooking. Tender, juicy and made for gravy. Marinated option uses our house blend of salt, red wine and garlic.

Cooking: Brown, then cover and slow roast at 150-160°C for 3-4 hours until tender. Great for beef and gravy rolls.

Serving: Allow about 150g per person. Serves around 16-20.
