Cut from South-West pasture-raised beef, our Eurostyle Brisket is built for low and slow cooking. Braised, smoked or slow-roasted until tender, it delivers deep, rich flavour and pulls apart with ease.

We suggest 150-250g of raw meat per person. Expect 25-30% weight loss during the cooking process.
