Turkey Breast Roll

Sourced from free-range growers, our turkey breast roll is boned and rolled for a fast, easy alternative to a whole turkey — ideal for a smaller table. Available plain or stuffed with breadcrumbs, Italian herbs, onion and butter, with a gluten free stuffed option too.

Roast at 180°C, loosely covered, for about 45 minutes per kilo. Uncover for the last 20 minutes to brown, until the internal temperature reaches 70°C, then rest before carving.

We suggest 150-250g of raw meat per person.
