Crafted from premium Western Australian pork, our Eurostyle Pork Belly Roll is expertly trimmed, rolled, and tied by our butchers for even cooking and outstanding flavour. This cut is a show-stopper. Beautifully layered, guaranteed to stay juicy, and finished with golden, crispy crackling that always impresses.

Dry the skin well, scoring it if required, then roast at a high heat until it crackles. Reduce the heat, cook through, and rest before serving.

We suggest 150-250g of raw meat per person. Expect 25-35% weight loss during the cooking process.

Our in-house blend is made up of Salt, pepper, paprika, onion and garlic. We suggest a light salt and oil on the outside prior to cooking.
