Freshly roasted WA free range lamb leg boneless. All our roast meats during Christmas will be served at room temperature, unsliced. 

We suggest reheating before serving. If you are using an oven to reheat. Place the roast in an over tray, with half a cup of salt water and oil. Cover with alfoil and place in on 200C for 15-25 minutes. Rest then slice.

Our serving recommendation is 150-250g of roasted meat per person.
