Dry Speck

Female pork belly traditionally dry cured using rock salt, garlic and pepper. Once cured they are hung on sticks and dried, then double wood smoked and roasted to finish. 

This is a variable-weight product and is priced at $/kg. Sizing is based on minimum quantity. Once we've picked your item in-store, we'll refund you for the difference between the weight paid and the weight received.
