Tender veal chops with a mild, delicate flavour. Grill, pan-fry or roast simply, then serve with butter, herbs or a bright lemony sauce.

Cooking: Season and cook over medium-high heat 3-4 minutes a side until just cooked through. Rest 5 minutes.
