Roasted Whole Suckling Pig - Cooked & Cut

A whole WA suckling pig, roasted by us until the skin crackles. Choose whole or cut into portions ready to serve. Price is by raw weight.

Reheating: Spread the pieces in a tray, cover with foil and heat at 180°C until hot, about 15-20 minutes.

Serving: Allow about 300g raw weight per person. 15-18kg serves around 50-60; 20-23kg around 65-75.

Storage: Not serving it straight away? Refrigerate within 2 hours of pickup and reheat when you need it.
