Min. 2kg each Fresh - Approximately 1.5kg Roasted

We suggest reheating before serving. If you are using an oven to reheat. Place the roast in an over tray, with half a cup of salt water and oil. Cover with alfoil and place in on 180C for approximately 20 minutes. Rest then slice.
