Cut from fresh female WA pork, our Eurostyle Pork Roll is rolled and tied by our butchers, then stuffed with breadcrumbs, mixed herbs, onion and butter. If you love stuffing and crackled pork, this one's guaranteed to impress.

Dry the skin well, scoring it if required, then roast at a high heat until it crackles. Reduce the heat, cook through, and rest before serving.

We suggest 150-250g of raw meat per person. Expect 25-35% weight loss during the cooking process.
