Lamb Shoulder Square-Cut

Pasture-raised lamb from WA's South-West, well marbled and made for slow roasting. Order whole or jointed; peka strips and curry dice available in store.

Cooking: Season, cover and slow roast at 150-160°C for 4-5 hours until it falls from the bone.

Serving: Allow about 300g per person. Serves around 7-10.
