Cut from WA free-range lamb, our leg of lamb is the traditional roast for any celebration. Roasted bone-in until tender and just pink, it carves into a proper centrepiece for the table.

Roast at 180°C for about 50 minutes per kilo, until lightly pink in the centre (around 62-64°C internally) or cooked to your preference, then rest before carving.

Expect 25-35% weight loss during the cooking process.
