Our Lamb Easy Carve Leg is the best of both worlds — bone in for flavour, but partially boned for easy carving. Ideal for the oven or BBQ, it cooks evenly and stays tender and juicy every time.
Marinated with our in-house blend; Salt, pepper, garlic & rosemary.
All our lamb is 100% Pasture-raised and from the South-west of Australia.
Roast at 180°C for about 50 minutes per kilo, until lightly pink in the centre (around 62-64°C internally) or cooked to your preference, then rest before carving.
Expect 25-35% weight loss during the cooking process.
This is a variable-weight product and is priced at $/kg. Once we've picked your item in-store, we'll refund you for the difference between the weight paid and the weight received.
