Female pork belly pin-boned (a method of boning where only the bones are taken out, leaving all the tasty rib meat on the belly).

The bellies are traditionally dry cured using rock salt, garlic and pepper. Once cured they are hung on sticks and dried, then double wood smoked and roasted to finish.

Gluten free. Made in Australia from at least 95% Australian ingredients.
