Multi-award winning boneless whole leg ham. Double smoked using German beech wood. Made from WA female pork. Naturally cured without using nitrate salts.

Our Natural Range uses vegetable extracts, not chemicals, in the meat curing process. Therefore it is Chemical Nitrate Free.
