Pasture raised WA leg of lamb, boned, rolled, and tied by our butchers for easy carving and even cooking. Perfect for roasting — juicy on the inside with a beautiful crust on the outside.

Marinated with our in-house blend; Salt, pepper, garlic & rosemary.

Roast at 180°C for about 50 minutes per kilo, until lightly pink in the centre (around 62-64°C internally) or cooked to your preference, then rest before carving.

We suggest 150-250g of raw meat per person. Expect 25-35% weight loss during the cooking process.

This is a variable-weight product and is priced at $/kg. Once we've picked your item in-store, we'll refund you for the difference between the weight paid and the weight received.
