Beef Scotch Fillet Roast

Cut from South-West pasture-raised beef, our Eurostyle Scotch Fillet Roast is one of the most tender roasting cuts we sell, with fine marbling running right through.

Roast at 180°C for about 45-50 minutes per kilo, or until the internal temperature reaches 60-64°C for medium finish, rest well before carving.

We suggest 150-250g of raw meat per person. Expect 25-30% weight loss during the cooking process.
