Our White Black Pudding is made from 100% WA Pork. Using pork cheek and pork belly. With the addition of barley and oats.

One cooked and cooled, it is sliced into portions perfect for frying for 2-4 mins per side or oven roasting. Served best with a side of mashed potato.
