* Spanish Chorizo

A semi-cured chorizo of pork shoulder and belly, flavoured the Spanish way with generous amounts of smoked paprika, garlic and oregano.

Best served by peeling the skin, carefully slicing 5-10mm and lightly frying as side dish. It will release a flavoursome oil, perfect for dipping. It can be finished with a light squeeze of lemon.

Gluten free. Made in Australia from at least 95% Australian ingredients.
