Our semi-cured Spanish Chorizo is produced from pork shoulder and belly. Flavoured rich in Spanish smoked paprika and traditional chorizo seasoning. 

Best served by peeling the skin, carefully slicing 5-10mm and lightly frying as side dish. It will release a flavoursome oil, perfect for dipping. It can be finished with a light squeeze of lemon.
