A German style Bratwurst made using pork shoulder meat and back fat. Seasoned using salt and marjoram. They are then filled into natural hog casings and blanched.

Best reheated by bringing them to a boil in hot water and allowing them to heat through for a few minutes. They can also be fried or roasted on a low temp. Our Bratwurst make a great gourmet hotdog.

Gluten free. Made in Australia from at least 95% Australian ingredients.
