A traditional German-style bratwurst of pork shoulder and back fat, simply seasoned with salt and marjoram, filled into casings and blanched.

Best reheated by bringing them to a boil in hot water and allowing them to heat through for a few minutes. They can also be fried or roasted on a low temp. Our Bratwurst make a great gourmet hotdog.

Gluten free. Made in Australia from at least 95% Australian ingredients.
