Our Irish Black Pudding is made from 100% WA Pork. Using pork cheek, belly and blood. With the addition of barley and oats.

Fry for 2-4 mins per side or oven roast. Served best with a side of mashed potato.

Made in Australia from at least 95% Australian ingredients.
