Eurostyle Smallgoods with WA’s best Short-Cut Bacon once again, receiving third nationally with over 140 applicants throughout Australia.
We are super delighted to be recognised for producing WA’s best short-cut Bacon. We are passionate about producing quality smallgoods and it is always nice to be recognized.
Bacon is an extremly competetive product with a lot of cheaper lines in the market. 70-80% of Bacon is produced from imported pork using ingredients to increase water retension and quick turnaround time.
We instead stick to tradtional methods using local WA Pork and produce an artisan product which is loved by our customers. We slice it in our retail deli and sell it to some deli’s, cafes and customers who respect and know quality.
