Pork & beef coarsely ground, traditionally seasoned with black pepper, nutmeg and fresh garlic. Filled into natural casings, cooked and naturally smoked using beech wood.
Cooking tips: Place into a pot of warm/hot water and bring to boil, leave for 5 minutes to heat through. Alternatively place on stove or BBQ on medium heat, rotate every 2 minutes for 5-10minutes.
Great addition to lots of dishes.
